Atrium
The back office. One sign-in, then the work for each product your company uses, updated as things happen. Logistics clients get their own portal.
LAUNCHING 2027 · Hosted by us, or run in your own environment
Join the launch listWarehouse · Shop · Plant · People · Books · Buildings
Seven products, each responsible for one part of the business: the warehouse, the shop, the plant, your people, the books, your buildings, and reporting. One sign-in across all of them.
Start with the parts of the operation you need and add the rest when you're ready. Each product keeps its own records, and the others work from them instead of keeping copies.
Warehouse management
Know what arrived, where it is, and what's gone out. Receiving, stock, picking, packing, and despatch, with separate stock records for each logistics client.
Explore Orbit →Retail and point of sale
Run the shop floor: checkout, pricing, promotions, loyalty, and the opening and closing of each trading day.
Explore Pulse →Production and quality
Plan production, run it on the floor, and check it passed quality, with traceability from materials to finished goods.
Explore Nexus →People, time, and payroll
One record of your people: hiring, rotas, time and attendance, and payroll.
Explore Crew →Finance
The books: ledger, payables, receivables, purchasing, and tax. Sales, stock, production, and payroll arrive from the products that recorded them.
Explore Atlas →Reporting and forecasts
Reports, forecasts, and alerts across the whole operation, working alongside the analytics tools you already use.
Explore Beacon →Buildings and maintenance
Keep buildings and equipment running: an asset register, planned maintenance, work orders, and early warning of likely failures.
Explore Haven →People sign in once with their company account and see the work their role allows, wherever they are.

Phones and tablets
Tasks, stock checks, rotas and payslips, quality checks, and approvals in your team's hands. Built to keep going through patchy Wi-Fi.
On the till
The till for Pulse. Prices and promotions stay on the till so staff can keep serving if the connection drops, and sales are sent on once it's back.
Bothy · On-site continuity
Bothy is a small on-site gateway for your shops, warehouses, and plants. Tills, scanners, printers, and machines connect to it over your own network. If your internet connection fails, Bothy is designed to keep sales, picking, and production moving, and to send everything on once the connection returns.
01 · Connected
Sales, picks, and clock-ins flow to WarehouseWise as normal.
02 · Connection lost
Bothy keeps the site working and records each sale, pick, and clock-in as it happens.
03 · Back online
Recorded work is sent on in the order it happened, so your records stay complete.

Time clock
Working · online
The staff and cashier apps hold their own work, so a scanner in a Wi-Fi dead spot keeps going and catches up when it's back in range.
One link between WarehouseWise and the equipment and systems you run on site, from warehouse automation to accounting.
Bothy only makes outgoing connections, so nothing on site needs to be opened up to the internet.
Underneath
Two administration services sit under the suite. Your administrators use them; your teams don't need to.
How it fits together →Company administration: your companies, who can sign in, and which products they can use, with single sign-on and your company directory.
Your business settings, by company, region, site, and product. Changes are reviewed before they go live and can be rolled back.
Hosted
For organisations that want the suite without running the platform. Your administrators manage the companies in your group and what each one uses.
Compare editions →SELF-HOSTED
For organisations that need to run the platform themselves. Your administrators govern it, and people join and leave in step with your company directory.
