We're committed to building in public. Transparency isn't just good practice—it's essential for building the right product. Here's exactly what we're building and when.
Phase 1: Foundation (Q4 2025 - Q2 2026)
Focus: Core architecture and data models. This includes unified database schema design, authentication and multi-tenancy, API framework and documentation, and developer portal and sandbox environment.
Phase 2: POS Module (Q2 2026 - Q4 2026)
Focus: Point of sale functionality. This includes product catalog management, sales processing and receipts, payment gateway integrations, customer management, and basic reporting and analytics.
Phase 3: WMS Module (Q4 2026 - Q2 2027)
Focus: Warehouse management. This includes real-time inventory tracking, multi-location support, stock transfers and adjustments, receiving and putaway workflows, and picking and packing optimization.
Phase 4: Integration Layer (Q1 2027 - Q3 2027)
Focus: Connecting POS and WMS seamlessly. This includes automated inventory updates from sales, purchase order generation from low stock, cross-location inventory visibility, and unified reporting across modules.
Beta Program (Starting Q2 2027)
We're looking for 10-20 beta partners who will get early access to the platform, provide feedback on features and usability, help prioritize the roadmap beyond MVP, and receive significant discounts for their early support.
What Comes After MVP?
Based on beta feedback, we'll prioritize PIM (Product Information Management), OMS (Order Management System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and BI (Business Intelligence).
Why This Approach?
We're starting with POS and WMS because they're the foundation. Get these right, and everything else builds on top of them naturally. Every feature we add is informed by real consulting experience—not guesswork.

Interested in being a beta partner? We're particularly looking for companies that currently struggle with system integration and are open to collaborating on product development.
