People sign in once
The back office and the companion apps share one company login. A person sees the work their role allows, whether they are in the office, on the floor, or at the till.

Administration is done in Keystone
WarehouseWise is offered as a SaaS edition and as a self-hosted edition for enterprise. On SaaS, a company administers only the companies in its own group. On the self-hosted edition, the company's administrators run that environment. In both, operational work does not begin until the company and its products are in place.

Settings are changed in the back office
Prices, sites, and the other rules are edited in Atrium and Keystone. Meridian holds those rules. Customers do not open Meridian. Someone reviews a change before it applies, and every product then follows the published rule.

Each team keeps its own record
The warehouse does not rewrite the books, and finance does not rewrite the stock. Stock, sales, production, people, money, buildings, and reporting each stay with the team that owns them.

The result lands with the right team
A delivery, a pick, or a shipment belongs to the warehouse. A sale belongs to the store. Production and quality belong to the plant. Pay belongs with the workforce. Finance turns those results into the books. Reporting reads them and does not change the work.
