Haven
Haven looks after the buildings and equipment the operation already uses: warehouses, plants, stores, and campuses. It tracks assets and maintenance. It does not fulfil orders or keep the books.
Who it is for. Maintenance planners, technicians, and facilities managers
Why this is not a module of SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics
Maintenance in those suites is a plant-maintenance module hung off the asset register in finance. The technician's work order becomes a cost collector. Haven is the record of the building and the equipment: where the asset sits, what work it needs, and the compliance that belongs with the asset rather than with stock for sale. It does not fulfil orders and it does not keep the books. Managers run it from the back office in Atrium.

How it works with the rest of the company
When an asset needs work, Orbit, Nexus, Crew, Atlas, and Beacon can act on that fact. The Haven back office is in Atrium, with the same company sign-in as the rest of the suite.
