Why this is not a module of SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics
Production in those suites exists to consume stock and post a cost. The production order answers to inventory and to the ledger. Nexus answers to the plant: what to build, how the floor runs it, and whether the batch passed. Materials stay in the warehouse record, pay stays with the workforce, and cost is posted to the books. The plant is not a screen inside finance.

How it works with the rest of the company
Materials come from Orbit, labour context from Crew, and demand signals from Beacon. Finished goods, quality, and cost go back to Orbit, Atlas, Pulse, Crew, and Beacon.
