Atrium
Atrium is where the business is run in a browser: one place to sign in, then the back office for each product. The rules stay in the products. Atrium shows them and lets authorised people act.
Who it is for. Platform administrators, company administrators, and managers in the warehouse, store, plant, and facilities
Why this is not a module of SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics
Each module in those suites brings its own screens, so a warehouse manager learns finance navigation to finish a warehouse task. Atrium is one back office. People sign in once and open the work for the products the company actually uses. The rules stay in those products. The back office does not become a second place where the rule is invented.

How it works with the rest of the company
Company administration is Keystone. On SaaS, a company manages the companies in its own group. On the self-hosted enterprise edition, the company's administrators run the environment. Settings are held in Meridian and changed here. Customers do not open Meridian. The floor and the till use companion apps.
