WarehouseWiseWarehouseWise

Self-hosted

The same suite, operated in your own environment.

The self-hosted edition is for an enterprise that runs WarehouseWise itself. The company's administrators govern that environment. Warehouses, stores, plants, people, and finance stay the same products as on SaaS.

  1. 1

People join with the company login, including SCIM so starters and leavers follow the corporate directory. The company's own administrators run the platform. Business rules are changed in the back office and reviewed before they apply.

  2. 2

Warehouses run as a network, with a portal for third-party logistics clients. Stores run by brand and region, and continue trading if the connection drops. Plants run production. Buildings and equipment have their own maintenance record.

  3. 3

The organisation keeps one employee record, with payroll for the US, UK, EU, and GCC. Finance records the result of warehouse, retail, production, and payroll activity.

  4. 4

Leadership reads the operation in one place. That reporting does not pick an order, take a payment, or post the books. Platform administration, company administration, and each operation's back office remain separate responsibilities.
