The SaaS edition is for an organisation that wants the suite without operating the platform. Administrators manage the companies in their group, and the people, products, and rules those companies use.

Retail operations run in Pulse: price, promotions, and the trading day. Cashiers use the cashier companion app. Catalogue and takings are managed in the Pulse back office.

Warehouse operations run in Orbit: receiving, stock, and fulfilment. Teams on the floor use the staff companion app. Supervisors manage deliveries and stock counts in the Orbit back office.

Finance in Atlas and the workforce in Crew are included when the organisation wants those records in the same suite.

Reporting, production, and facilities remain separate products, taken on when that part of the operation requires them.
