Why this is not a module of SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics
The till in those suites is a terminal signed into the financial sale. If the shop loses its connection, the sale waits on the finance system. The cashier companion is the till. Price, promotion, and tax stay on the device so the cashier can still ring the sale, and the completed sale posts to Pulse when the shop is back online. Store associates stay on the staff companion app.
